Feeling Color
My abstract works of art express a deep sense of color. The use of colors in my paintings, pastels and woodblock prints reflects my inner feelings, perceptions, and experiences. Through my color choices I aim to create a certain atmosphere or vibe that influences viewers’ emotional responses. In the summer of 2023, I found a new challenge in giving my artwork a second life by transferring it to fabrics and making clothes. A new design label was created: Wear My Art by Jos. Feeling color expresses where my artwork and textiles come together.
