MEETING ROOMS.
The Commons also offers three private conference rooms equipped with screencast and video conferencing capabilities. They vary in size for meetings of 4 to 12, and feature artwork from galleries around town.
*Please reserve prior to using meeting rooms (unless you have spoken with someone on staff)
*Please make sure that any food/beverages are discarded in the Lounge trash can and not discarded in the meeting rooms
The Commons uses Satellite Deskworks as our Coworking Management Software. This software allows you to make reservations, book meeting rooms, check your billing status, charges and correspond with other members by using the message board or emailing them directly.
THE LOUNGE.
Local renowned designer Ken Fulk donated his time and inspiration to create this dune shack inspired design. Come and enjoy the Lounge have a coffee or tea and other complimentary beverages and snacks.
Enjoy this beautiful lit room with Cape Cod artwork featuring the craftsmanship of Nate McKean. The Lounge serves as a nice retreat from work. It allows for our members to interact, share stories and network with other members and visitors.
The Lounge features a communal refrigerator where you can store your lunch and snacks. Like in most communal kitchens please label personal food with name and date if you do not wish to share with the community. We offer glassware and utensils. The lounge is equipped with a microwave and dishwasher. We ask everyone using the space to help us keep it as clean as possible. Please rinse and place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and discard trash. There is a recycling bin underneath the sink as well as a large bin out back by the rear entrance.
ALL GENDER RESTROOMS
The Commons has 3 all gender restrooms on site. There are 2 restrooms on the main level and one located on the lower level in the coworking lab.
Main Level Restrooms
The first restroom features two urinals and private stall and is considered a single use bathroom and should be locked behind you while in use. There is also a double stall all gender bathroom located in the front of the building.
Lower level Restrooms
There is one private all gender bathroom located on the lower level in the coworking lab.
*We depend on everyone to keep the bathrooms as clean as possible. Please be courteous to your fellow workmates check that the seat and bowl are clean before you leave the restroom. Inform staff members of any issues regarding cleanliness and supplies.
