Angela C. Brown is primarily a self-taught photographer and former corporate technologist. She spends her time as a photographer and print maker shooting a wide variety, and printing for herself and others in Providence, RI and Provincetown, MA.
Her series work and portraits have been honored in international competitions, and her landscapes have been honored and exhibited in the SoHo Photo Gallery in New York City, the Provincetown Art Association and Museum, Rhode Island Center for Photographic Arts, the Providence Art Club, The Griffin Museum, the Provincetown Commons as well as other galleries across New England. She is also a recipient of an OCARC Artist Residency in the historic Provincetown dune shacks. In this exhibition she will be sharing work from that residency and other Cape Cod experiences. She shoots film, digital, old, and new … basically whatever fits the subject matter and/or strikes her fancy at the time. :-)
